The footpaths in the Calvary area have been hit by the weather and high traffic in a number of sections to an unfavorable state, thereby reducing the safety of visitors. We gradually repair all damaged sections. Recently we focused on the most damaged part, between chapel no. 18 and Ecce Homo. It seems that with the help of new technology – mixing sand, earth and cement, a long-standing problem with rapid erosion of the substrate has been solved. Works were also thought to build drainage troughs. In this part, a part of the wooden railing was also added.
In the whole length, the access route between the Central and Upper Church was also repaired, and 4 pre-concrete drainage oak grooves were laid.
