Baroque relief of the Last Supper was attacked by woodworms. Restoration research has shown that the original baroque relief was later repainted inappropriately. In 2009 the relief was removed from the niche of the altar and transferred to arestoration studio in the Heritage Office. Relief was damaged and the single wooden planks were separated, disturbing the overall appearance of the main altar.

The relief was restored and since 2011 it is placed in its original place in the central chapel of the Lower church.
